A one-day seminar for church leaders, part of the "Equipping for Ministry" Series.

Topics include "Church Leadership in Anxious Times" and "The Adaptive Challenges."
Dr. Steinke, a resident of Austin, Texas, has served as a therapist for clergy, educator, church consultant, and a Lutheran parish pastor and is currently an adjunct professor at the Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary and the Denver Seminar. In his ministry spanning more than 25 years, Dr. Steinke has helped almost 200 churches and organizations with conflict resolution issues. He has written 10 books on church systems and conflict in which he applies family systems theory to congregational life. Additionally, Dr. Steinke initiated Bridge Builder, a service for conflicted churches; Healthy Congregations, a learning experience for leaders about family systems; and New Visions, a learning experience to increase mission awareness and activity.
