ElderLink

Equipping, encouraging, and linking those who serve as leaders in Churches of Christ, through collaborative relationships, informative resources, and shared learning opportunities.

ElderLink Atlanta has now been postponed to Spring 2025. Stay updated on upcoming ElderLink and Siburt events by subscribing to our mailing list.

ElderLink is a place to gather with other congregational leaders to tackle some of society’s most pressing issues. Leadership can be lonely, which is why an event like ElderLink provides opportunities for local congregational leaders to connect and share in the struggles and triumphs of ministry. We work intentionally with local congregations to tailor the program to that region’s needs and context, making the event timely and relevant.

Who Should Come?

ElderLink is not only for elders and shepherds! Ministers, spouses, and ministry leaders of all types can improve their leadership skills and experience much-needed spiritual refreshment.

The ElderLink Experience

When you participate in an ElderLink event, you can expect to join in communal worship, learn from experienced speakers, and engage with scholar-practitioners and other participants in breakout sessions that foster lively discussion.

One of the most positive things was our ability to get away and take a trip together. We were involved in worship activities and had an opportunity to select from among the smaller breakout sessions. The panel on leadership models came at a really good time for us and gave us a lot to think and talk about. We have reflected on the principles and practical suggestions as we evaluate how we do what we do and how we can grow together.
— Bill Allen, preaching minister at West Erwin Church of Christ (Tyler, Texas)
