Tutoring

One-on-one and group tutoring provide the extra support you seek to achieve your goals and are free to all ACU students. We also offer Supplemental Instruction sessions for several especially challenging courses.

Writing Center

Trained and experienced writers from ACU’s Language and Literature department come alongside you as you tackle writing assignments of all kinds. The staff in the Writing Center will encourage you to ask questions from new perspectives and devise thoughtful conclusions, honing your skills as a writer to serve you in your classes and future career.

Speaking Center

Expert consultants in the Speaking Center will equip you with the tools to build confidence in all phases of the presentation process, from topic selection through to your speech delivery.

Degree Progress Evaluation

ACU’s online degree evaluation tool — Degree Works — allows you to review your progress toward your degree, explore your major and course options and determine the outstanding classes necessary to fulfill your program requirements.

ACU Center for Careers and Experiential Learning (ACCEL)

We take hands-on learning to the lab, into the community and across the globe with our Accelerate roadmaps. As a student, you will receive from your academic department a specific roadmap that identifies the experiences, activities, events and milestones that will form the basis of your experiential learning and spiritual formation as an undergraduate. Each step challenges you to think and act critically, missionally and globally and launches you toward a meaningful life and career beyond ACU.

Career Development

The dedicated career success professionals in ACU’s Career Development can equip you with tools for determining a career, resources for pursuing jobs and opportunities for networking. We connect students, faculty, staff, alumni and employers with everything from interview strategies to referrals.

Financial Settlement

Prior to the start of each semester, you will reach a financial settlement with ACU through a lump sum tuition payment, Wildcat Pay Plan and/or approved loan. Your financial aid counselor is by your side to assist and answer your questions, such as understanding how to enroll in a pay plan and receive financial aid.

Technology Assistance

When device, network and site issues arise, call or email to submit a ticket with ACU’s Information Technology help desk. Additional services include VPN questions, blog requests and printer and equipment reconfiguration.
