Fee Assessment: date residential students will begin to see charges on ACU student accounts for a specific term if they are enrolled in class 

First Statement: approximate date residential students will receive an email notification that a statement has been uploaded to the Wildcat Pay Portal for a specific term; statements are generated within the first week of the month if students have an outstanding balance with ACU 

Financial Settlement: date residential students are required to have a payment option (payment plan, financial aid, anticipated payment) in place to cover the semester bill 

Class Start/End Date: start and end dates for the long semester; may vary if a student is enrolled in an intensive or accelerated course 

Financial Aid Disbursement Date: date financial aid may begin to pay to residential ACU student accounts; students must be enrolled in adequate hours, maintaining Satisfactory Academic Progress, & all required tracking documents must be completed in order for all financial aid to pay on this date 

First Credit Refund Date: date refunds for credit balances begin to process to residential students for a specific term; financial aid must be posted to student accounts, not in estimated or pending status; residential refunds are processed every Wednesday afternoon
