Learning Communities

Learning Communities offer additional opportunities for connecting knowledge between disciplines and for enhanced interaction between students and faculty.  Learning Communities do not require extra academic assignments, however the curriculum is structured to allow for greater integration of content between courses.

As a freshman student you have the opportunity to enroll in a Learning Community.  A Learning Community consists of a set of one-to-three thematically linked courses, which you take with your classmates.  Learning Communities are a great way to make close friends and study partners.
