ACU offers daily visits, group tours, and visits surrounding special campus events. Visiting our campus is the best way to find out if ACU is the college choice for you. Each campus visitor will have the opportunity to meet with an Admissions Counselor where you can ask questions about the admissions process, scholarships and financial aid.

Daily Visit

Our daily visit is designed for any high school student to explore campus. Daily visits include a welcome presentation, golf cart tour of campus, and meeting with an Admissions Counselor.  

  • Offered daily Monday through Friday
  • 9:30 a.m. or 2:00 p.m.

In the spring semester, Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning tours will include the option to meet with an academic department. 

The spring dates are posted and available.

Group Tour

Group tours are designed for schools, teams, or community groups. Group tours are available to groups up to 45 people. Our group tours include a welcome presentation and walking tour of campus. Reservations are required, so book early!

Admitted Student Visit Day

Congratulations on being admitted to ACU! Admitted students are invited to register and attend these exclusive visit days with other ACU-bound students. Students will have the opportunity to hear from some of our special interest groups and explore campus in unique ways. Check-in takes place between 8:30-9 a.m. and the event concludes at 3:30 p.m. Students accepted to ACU will receive a formal invitation to register for an admitted student visit.

Saturday Showcase

Come visit campus and experience gameday with the ACU Wildcats! Our Saturday Showcase will include a campus tour, lunch, and tailgating with current students. Visitors are invited to stay and cheer on our ACU Football team as they take on Northwestern State at 2 p.m.

Students receive one general admission ticket to the game. Additional tickets for other guests may be purchased at a discounted rate of $12.

Wildcat Preview Day

Wildcat Preview Days are an exciting time to visit campus! These large visit days are designed for high school students to spend a full day on campus. Students can go on a campus tour, eat lunch on campus, visit with an academic department, see a residence hall, and visit with our admissions staff. Wildcat Preview Days are a great way to get an overall feel for campus life. Check-in takes place between 9-9:30 a.m. and the event concludes at 3 p.m.

Homecoming Visit

Coming to campus to attend ACU Homecoming? Make reservations to include a campus tour during your visit! On Friday and Saturday of Homecoming weekend, we welcome you to learn about ACU’s history, traditions, academics and much more during this one-hour tour. Multiple tour times are available during the weekend.

High School Scholars Day

Developed for high school students in ninth, tenth or eleventh grade, High School Scholars Day leads students in discovering more about their strengths. This workshop experience can be helpful in choosing a possible major and career path. The day also includes a campus tour and lunch. There is a fee to participate in the workshop. Check-in takes place between 8-8:30 a.m. and the event concludes at 3:30 p.m.
