You’ll feel at home at Abilene Christian University.
When you’re at ACU, you’re part of a community made of moments large and small, from annual traditions where we gather together by the thousands to everyday, one-on-one exchanges in the classroom or at The Bean. You’ll experience a sense of togetherness at daily Chapel, while having plenty of time for quiet, individual reflection. You’ll cheer on your fellow Wildcats at action-packed sporting events and student productions, and encourage each other in and out of the classroom.
There’s something special about a residential campus. Living and learning together means friendship, fellowship and lifetime bonds -- shared meals, shared traditions, shared memories, shared faith. Living on campus is also about gaining independence; you’ll grow personally and spiritually during your time here. (But not without the support of your resident assistants and ACU faculty and staff!)
From the moment you participate in Freshman Follies to the moment you walk across the stage at Commencement -- and every moment in between -- you’ll understand what makes ACU special and why it still feels like home, long after you’ve graduated.
