Restoration Day 2020

Virtual Restoration Day 2020 - marking the anniversary of Thomas Campbell’s Declaration and Address and highlighting the Stone-Campbell Restoration Movement’s historic emphasis on unity in the Body of Christ.

This year’s Restoration Day activities were held virtually and centered upon one of the most important figures in the movement’s history, Alexander Campbell. Dr. Douglas A. Foster, professor emeritus of church history at ACU and one of the foremost scholars of the Restoration Movement, shares his wisdom via a recorded lecture on the topic of Campbell’s life and ministry here.

Max Lucado Case

Tell Me the Easter Story

Located in the Learning Commons Max Lucado Collection case is a new library exhibit called “Tell Me the Easter Story” that invites meditation during the Easter season on the passion of Jesus Christ and features seventeen works about the death and resurrection of Jesus written by Max Lucado between 1986 and 2013.

The Max Lucado Collection was established in 2015 when Lucado designated his alma mater’s Brown Library as the repository for materials documenting his career as a missionary, evangelist and writer.
