Request a Transcript
Current students and alumni with MyACU access may complete the Transcript Request Form.
Alumni and former students without MyACU access must complete, print, and sign the Transcript Request Form. These request forms may be submitted:
- By fax to 325-674-2238
- As an attachment to an email to email@example.com
- In person to the Office of the Registrar in the Hardin Administration Building, office 207
Transcript requests are generally processed within two business days, but during peak periods (such as the beginning and end of semesters), processing times could be longer. Requests are not processed during holidays and other university closures as indicated on the academic calendar.
There is no fee for regular transcript processing. All financial obligations to the university must be cleared before a transcript is issued.
Transcript shipping via UPS Next Day Air is available (U.S. non P.O. Box addresses only) for a fee of $50 plus applicable tax. The normal 1-2 day processing period before shipping will still be in effect. To place an order for the UPS Next Day Air shipping of a transcript, first complete a transcript request form according to the instructions listed above. Then, visit the ACU Market Place to submit payment.
