This year, Summit is offering two separate All-Day Tracks: Faith Form and Medical Missions. To attend these tracks, simply show up at the Hunter Welcome Center in Zone C of the McCaleb Conference Center; no extra registration is required.
Monday, Faith Form, hosted by Josh Kingcade, will be a track focused on spiritual formation and forming communities of faith. Participants can attend classes that emphasize the appropriate atmosphere for spiritual growth, the process of spiritual formation itself, and breaking through barriers to spiritual maturity. The day will end with a final session in which presenters with ideas and resources for your ministry will be set up to provide you with inspiration and new ideas. Speakers will include Amy Bost Henegar, Megan Roth, Richard Beck, Houston Heflin, Sarah Campbell, Daniel Clayton, Pat Malone, Ryan Maloney, and Josh Kingcade. This track is ideal for anyone wanting to foster spiritual growth in themselves or in their church or ministry.
Tuesday, a Medical Missions track hosted by Cynthia Powell will provide information and inspiration for those wanting to participate in the medical mission field. Healthcare professionals will share the need for medical missions, and ministries will discuss the unique opportunities for planting the seeds of the gospel that medical missions provide. In the Medical Missions track, you will have the opportunity to be inspired by those who have served in the medical mission field and to begin thinking about how you, too, can make a difference through medical missions. Speakers will include Scott Bedicheck, Sarah Trammel, Ellen West, Rick Harper, Randy Brown, Alexandria Buller, Kyle Sheets, Greg Seager, K.B. Massingill, and Tracy Glass. This track is perfect for healthcare professionals, congregational leaders, or pre-healthcare students preparing to enter the field.
