This online degree prepares current or interested educators through three distinct concentrations geared at serving students through evidence-based practices, effective teaching, learning and leading techniques, and attainable goals for culturally diverse settings. Whether you have obtained a bachelor’s in education, have obtained a teaching certification, or completed a degree in an alternative field, the Master of Education in Instruction and Learning, Education and Teaching program has something for everyone.

Advanced Standing Available

If you are currently enrolled or have completed a Teacher Certification program in the last five years, you may be eligible to reduce the cost of your degree by qualifying for “Advanced Standing” to automatically gain up to 9 credit hours toward your M.Ed. – a savings of $6,450. Other financial aid may apply. Please speak with an admissions advisor to learn more.

Dr. Alline Sada, Master of Education in Instruction and Learning

Dr. Alline Sada joins the faculty as assistant dean of K-12 leadership and educator development. She is a passionate educator with a multidisciplinary background in strategic planning, design thinking and educational technology. Alline brings expertise from a broad range of projects, including talent development, school improvement, product development, business operations, and workshop planning and facilitation.She advocates the mindful use of technology as a tool for teaching and learning and has served as a thought leader promoting the inclusion of technology with Google, Apple, ASCD and others. Alline received her Doctor of Education with a concentration in Global Educational Leadership from Lamar University.
