Through ACU’s online Bachelor of Science in Digital Media program, you’ll gain the knowledge, confidence, and technical skills needed to create world-changing stories. In this program, you will be grounded in the importance of storytelling and learn how to use digital tools to tell compelling stories.

Meet the Program Director

Chai Green, Bachelor of Science in Digital Media

Chai Green is an assistant professor in the College of Graduate and Professional Studies and the program director for the online Bachelor of Science in Digital Media. Chai received his bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and German from Lipscomb University. After graduation he worked in the entertainment industry in Nashville, TN as a lighting engineer and photographer before moving to Abilene to pursue a Master of Divinity in International Missions at ACU. After graduating from ACU, Chai moved to Northern Ireland as a minister doing peace and reconciliation work. While there he also received his Master of Fine Arts in Photography from the University of Ulster in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Chai has since preached for small Church of Christ congregations, run a photography business in Texas, and held multiple roles at ACU. He has exhibited his photographic work in Belfast, UK; Dublin, Ireland; Abilene, TX; Houston, TX; and Nashville, TN. His work has also been featured in the quarterly publication of the Royal Photographic Society and Source: The Photographic Review magazine.

ACU’s online undergraduate programs are intended for non-traditional students interested in gaining a bachelor’s degree in an online modality.

To be considered for admission, students must:

  • Be a high school graduate OR matriculate from institutions with an articulation agreement with ACU.
  • Complete the online program application accompanied by a non-refundable processing fee.
  • Submit official transcripts of all previous academic work.

Students are not required to submit ACT or SAT test scores.
