Meet the Program Director

Dr. Joseph Halbert is the Associate Program Director for the Master of Science in Organizational Development and an attorney in Round Rock, Texas. His focus at Abilene Christian University is helping students flourish and become assets to their communities.  He holds degrees from the University of Texas and Abilene Christian University. Prior to joining the ACU Dallas faculty, Joseph was a staffer in the Texas Legislature for five legislative sessions. Throughout his tenure, he served as a general counsel, budget analyst, and committee counsel. 

Joseph is married to Samantha and together they have two young children. In their free time, they enjoy going on walks, watching movies, and eating great local food.
