With an emphasis on community and poverty, ACU’s Master of Science (M.S.) in Nutrition provides comprehensive coursework for those who seek further knowledge in the field of nutrition and dietetics. Your academic training will be rooted in Christian values, and you will be prepared to serve the majority of the population, but especially those who live in poverty.
All courses, except the dietetic internship, are completed online allowing you to earn your master's degree from wherever you live. If you are currently enrolled in a dietetic internship through an institution other than ACU or have previously completed a dietetic internship, 6 hours of credit will be awarded.
Upon graduation, the program will qualify you to sit for the Registration Examination for Dietitians along with completion of an accredited dietetic internship.
