Department of Engineering and Physics

ACU undergraduate engineering and physics majors pursue a deeper understanding of the physical world through theory, application, analysis and practical design. Their education comes under the mentorship of dedicated Christian engineers who bring a variety of experiences and backgrouds to the table and who guide students as they develop technical knowledge and skills the professional practice skills that prepare them for engineering careers. At ACU, we admire God’s handiwork in the laws of the universe, and seek to understand and apply those principles to solve big problems while improving the lives of people around the world.

ACU's faculty of Christian scholars and professionals are the foundation for student success. Each faculty member is an expert in their field, and at building supportive relationships with ACU students.

Undergraduate Programs

Students in the Department of Engineering and Physics share in an intellectual atmosphere that promotes the growth of individual abilities. In ACU's Engineering program you will also develop the practical skills to help you succeed as an engineer: the ability to speak persuasively, the ability to go into the workshop to make and test things, and the ability to work effectively in teams.
