How do I know what my balance is?
Your Uniprint balance is always available on the Depot Space in myACU. This page should display a charge against your balance almost immediately.What if I use up my printing balance?
Don't worry about not being able to print once you use up your $15 credit. As you continue to print your Uniprint balance will begin to show a negative figure and at the end of every month the balance will be reset to zero and the amount will be charged to your account.How can I print to a lab printer from my personal machine?
All printers in the labs are setup on the Uniprint system. You can print to these machines from your personal computer but only from Windows. Mac users should save their documents to their email or the eClass system and print from a computer in the lab.- Click on Start
- Select Run
- Type \\boaz and hit the Enter button
- Find the folder called Printers and Faxes and open it.
- Right click on the printer you want to print too and select Connect. The next time you tell your computer to print this printer will show up as an option.
- Printers are named by their building and room number(i.e. AD327_1 stands for Administration Building room 327). Most printers are labeled with their Uniprint name.
What if I want to print on the paper that I have purchased?
Do not add your own paper to any printer on campus without the prior approval of the department that owns the printer. We recommend that you visit the CopyCat in the Learning Commons if you would like to have something printed on special paper.Uniprint Balance Time Frame

Can I get my Uniprint balance back?
No, if you do not use your printing balance entirely the remaining amount will be cleared out when the next semester time frame begins.What if the printer doesn't print my job or it jams?
Call the Team55 office immediately and we will work with you to get your balance refunded if you were charged. If a jam is not easily removed talk to the department that owns the printer.
