Exchange Program Info: On September 20, 2008, Apple announced the Apple Ultracompact USB Power Adapter Exchange program. Apple has determined that under certain conditions the new ultracompact Apple USB power adapter's metal prongs can break off and remain in a power outlet, creating a risk of electric shock. Visit out office today to get your adapter exchanged.
ACU is aware of the Ultracompact USB Power Adapter Exchange Program and has received a shipment of adapters for users that are part of the ACU Mobile Learning Initative. To obtain your replacement adapter visit the Pit Stop (Team55's front desk in the Learning Commons). Please bring your phone along with your old adapter to complete the exchange process.
If you are not part of the Mobile Learning Initative and purchased an iPhone 3G before the exchange program was announced you should contact Apple directly for information on how to get your adapter exchanged.
Please take some time to review the safety notice that Apple released about the power adapter for the iPhone 3G.
