*Walk-up support doesn't begin until 7:30am on M-F during the Fall and Spring semester and 8:00am during the summer.

How can I contact the frontline support group?
The Team55 Office provides several different ways in which you can receive support.  Not only can you call the office but you can even contact us via e-mail. 

Please feel free to leave the office a voice message if you call after our open hours.  Our technicians will return your call as soon as possible. 

Emergencies: If there is a network/system outage after hours, please call the office and select the option for the automated emergency paging system.
