What does the Team55 office do?

The Team55 office is the heart of ACU's student support group. The office functions as a technical support calling center and as the business office for student's technical needs.

We are open well past normal business hours to maximize our interaction with students. Team55 has the same hours as the Library.  View a list of our open hours.  If it is after our normal open hours please feel free to call the office and leave us a voice message.  Our support personal will contact you as soon as possible. 

Who will I talk to when I call?

When you call the office you will be put through to one of our support personnel.  The office staff is made up of students just like you.  During our open hours we are staffed by three phone technicians.  Their main responsibility is to handle walk-in traffic and answer all calls that come into the office.
