Our planned outage window is reserved between the hours of 5-7am every morning.
Overview of issue
Information Technology will schedule required updates to systems on campus. In order to minimize conflicts that may arise with downed systems, IT has set up a planned outage window schedule to perform these system updates, preventive maintenance or upgrades to systems across campus. The planned outage window is between 5-7am each morning.
Change Control
Revisions to this policy must be reviewed and approved by the CIO Cabinet.
