iPads for K-12 Students

Partnership with ACU enables Dallas Christian Schools to bring a new era of learning to K-12 students. Through their ChargerTech initiative, all 60 full-time teachers of DCS received Apple iPads in December 2010. These teachers are working with mobile-learning experts from ACU to develop new ways to integrate the technology into their curriculum. 

Shakespeare: Interactive 

When is the last time you attended a show and were reminded to keep your phone on? Audience members at ACU Theatre's 2010 performance of Shakespeare's Othello were instructed to do just that - interacting with the cast members and fellow theatre-goers throughout the show via a live blog. Watch the video and see how the pairing of Shakespeare’s 400-year-old play with state-of-the-art mobile technology took this particular theater experience to a whole new level.
