Broadening the Classroom

In past centuries, academic instruction was limited to knowledge found within the four walls of the classroom. Today, mobile devices and global networks enable students and teachers to access information from knowledge centers anywhere in the world. Laura Carroll, assistant professor of English at ACU, describes how she uses mobile devices to broaden the bounds of her classroom.
