Blackboard Information
Blackboard is a Web-based course-management system designed to allow
students and faculty to participate in classes delivered online or use
online materials and activities to add to the classroom experience.
You may setup a Blackboard course for your class so it is
important you that are familiar with how to use it. The following
video will show you a basic overview of what Blackboard can do for
you. You must have iTunes to view this video file.

If you
have any technical questions please contact the Helpdesk at (325)
674-4357. We do not have access to your courses but can pass the issue
on to the full-time staff that handle this system.
What can I do in Blackboard?
- Create course content
- Use the discussion board
- Chat with your class
- Create online tests
- Create course work
- Provide extra information to your student
If your students have trouble accessing a Blackboard course check to make sure that they have been added properly. It is also important to ensure that they are using an updated web broswer. If their problem presists have them call the Team55 office at 325-674-5555 for assistance.
