The getGO application supports the GO! program introduced at Abilene Christian University. The purpose of this app is to enable mobile users to exchange information quickly through the use of technology including URLs, contact info, calendar events and more.

What are Go Codes (also called QR codes)?
At its most basic, a QR Code is a barcode on steroids. They're used for encoding information in two-dimensional space - like in the pages of magazines, in advertisements and even on TV and Web sites. They were originally used to track auto parts, but have become popular (especially in Japan) for much broader, often commercial purposes.
How can I use them?
QR codes are tailor-made for quickly and easily linking to content on smart phones. Simple uses include advertisements that link to websites, videos, or other interactive content.
Can I create a QR code?
