This page is designed to help direct you to the exact instructions for your current email client.  Please choose the email client that you are using from the list below.  Once you have made a selection you will be taken to an instructional video page which will walk you through the setup process for the new email system.

What if I do not use a supported email client?

If you are using an unsupported email client the information below should provide you with the needed information to help you setup the application yourself.
  • Username:  username@email.acu.edu
    • i.e. abc90a@email.acu.edu
  • Incoming Mail Server:  pop.gmail.com
  • Outgoing Mail Server:  smtp.gmail.com
  • Select POP as your email type
  • Make for sure the your login to Gmail and enable POP
  • Additional Google Help
Note:  Your email address is still yourusername@acu.edu but the new settings require that you enter yourusername@email.acu.edu to complete the setup process.
