Information Services - Office Locations

• The main ACU Information Services office is located on the 3rd Floor of Zellner Hall.
• Technology Support which includes the Software/Hardware Technicians, the Helpdesk and Team55 is located in the Learning Commons.

Information Services - Open Hours

• The main Information Services offices are open Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
• The HelpDesk and Team55 staff is available to assist walk-in and phone support for a much more extended set of hours. 
  
  • Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday - 7:00am - Midnight
  • Wednesday - 7:00am - 6:00pm & 8:30pm - Midnight
  • Friday - 7:00am - 5:00pm
  • Saturday - 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Sunday - 1:30pm - 5:00pm & 8:30pm - Midnight
