ABILENE -- The nationally ranked ACU volleyball team will close out the home portion of the regular-season schedule Thursday night when it hosts Tarleton State in a Lone Star Conference South Division match at Moody Coliseum.
The No. 13 Wildcats and TexAnns will get started at 7 p.m. with the Wildcats trying to extend their home-court winning streak to 31 straight matches. The Wildcats' streak of 31 straight home wins is the 13th-longest in NCAA Division II history, and a win Thursday would push ACU's streak to 32 straight and make it the 12th-longest streak in Division II history.
The Wildcats will also say farewell to four seniors in outside hitter Michelle Bernhardt, setter Lindsey Martin, rightside hitter Ashlee Motola and middle blocker Amanda Slate. For more on Thursday's match, read this week's game notes.
