Pat HolderPat Holder was a record-setting wide receiver on Abilene Christian's nationally-ranked football teams in 1967-70. He set an Abilene Christian career record by catching 155 passes (for 1,709 yards and 12 touchdowns) during his three varsity seasons for the Wildcats. He received the first ACU coaches' Purple and White award for team spirit and leadership in 1968, earned all-Southland Conference and Texas all-college, and also punted and returned punts and kickoffs for the Wildcats after spending his freshman season at quarterback. Holder was a four-sport star at Azle High School and graduated from ACU in 1971. He is president of Lexford Properties, one of the largest property management companies in the nation. |
