ElderLink Central Texas 2014

At ElderLink Central Texas, we strive to provide a resource for developing or honing leadership skills that are critical for successful leadership in almost any environment. Over the past five years we have explored basic leadership requirements for leading people, managing change, inspiring commitment, building and mending relationships, embracing diversity, and resolving conflict--all structured with a particular emphasis on church leadership. ElderLink Central Texas offers a refreshing getaway, providing encouragement and motivation as well as enlightenment.

This Year’s Theme: Church Next

The world around us is ever changing, becoming more technically advanced and more socially connected, especially for those who come behind us. What does this mean for the church of tomorrow--the church leader of tomorrow? What is next? The theme for all of this year’s ElderLink gatherings--Church Next--takes a fresh look at a number of challenges we face as we seek to be faithful in bearing witness to the gospel in our culture.
