eConnections

Online Continuing Education Classes

ACU’s College of Biblical Studies (CBS) is pleased to offer eConnections, an online continuing education opportunity produced in cooperation with the Siburt Institute for Church Ministry and ElderLink.

With eConnections, ministers, elders, teachers, small group leaders, and any other interested people can interact with ACU’s excellent faculty and expert leaders from other congregations to discuss topics of vital interest to churches - all from the convenience of their computers! Participants can learn from dedicated teachers, share resources with one another, and be encouraged by stories of how God is working in congregations across the country.

Course Offerings and Format

Registration is open for the following spring classes, which begin on March 9. Visit the Spring2015 eConnections website to learn more and to sign up.

  • Luke's Gospel: Good News for the Rich?
    Cliff Barbarick
  • Shepherding the Anxious
    Joey Cope
  • Holy Hospitality: Welcoming ALL Children
    Dana Kennamer Pemberton
  • The Mission of God
    Stephen Shaffer

These fully online conversations run for 6-8 weeks each, with topics and instructors changing each spring and fall. Registration is open to any interested person with access to the Internet; training will be provided for those who have never taken an online class before. The cost is only $200 per class - cheaper than travel expenses to attend many face-to-face events on or near ACU's campus.

Connect

Stay connected to eConnections! Subscribe to our mailing list (be sure to click the check box beside the "eConnections" option). You’ll be among the first to know about new classes, and will also be invited to suggest eConnections topics of interest to you and the church you serve.
