Leadership Summit is a week-long quest of discovering how God made you and what He calls 
you to. The popular course brings students and Christian business professionals together in the mountains of Colorado, where the focus is on learning to integrate faith in the workplace. Mike Winegeart, assistant professor of marketing, describes Summit as a "spiritual boot camp" for students wanting to reach their leadership potential. "Students have uninterrupted time to focus on character, competence and calling," says Winegeart. "The catalyst for these life-changing decisions is Christian CEOs who volunteer their time to mentor students."
