Job market is bright for ACU grads

According to a national study of graduate business programs published Wednesday by U.S. News & World Report, ACU's College of Business Administration is ranked No. 1 in terms of graduate students who secure employment within three months of earning their degrees.

The rankings place ACU's COBA – which offers a Master of Accountancy degree – ahead of business schools at Dartmouth College, Tulane University and University of California-Davis. The rankings are based on data provided by 141 business programs.

"Our success comes by way of our consistently strong pool of excellent students, our world-class faculty and years of relationship building," says COBA dean Dr. Rick Lytle. "Beyond that, we continue to forge a tradition of emphasizing competence and moral character."

"We are extremely proud of the students, faculty and graduates of ACU's College of Business Administration," says ACU president Dr. Phil Schubert. "This distinction from U.S. News and World Report is another indicator our faculty are committed to providing an exceptional education. Our students know ACU degrees lead to great jobs, and employers know we prepare graduates who are ready to be Christ-centered leaders in the business world."
