Campers Grow at ACU During Summer Programs

for immediate release Jan. 16, 1998

Kindergarteners through high school seniors will come to campus this summer for life-changing learning experiences at summer camps.

Leadership Camps, which include Kadesh Life Camp, MPulse, Learning to Lead and Camp Wildcat, often fill up in early spring.

High schoolers will learn to see themselves through God's eyes during Kadesh Life Camp. During MPulse, middle schoolers will discover their Christian identity as an alien in this world, but also as a member of a community unified in faith.

Learning to Lead campers (entering 4th, 5th and 6th grades) will seek to understand God's heart as they study the life of David. This year at Camp Wildcat, campers will receive instruction in six of their favorite sports and grow spiritually as they explore "barrier breaking" friendships.

Also, Champions Sports Camps will teach skills in basketball, tennis, volleyball, track, cheerleading and other sports.
