Rotan Farmer/Rancher Named Outstanding Alumnus by Department of Agriculture and Environment

Bradley Stuart of Rotan received the 1997-98 Outstanding Aggie Alumnus Award at the Homecoming Banquet for Abilene Christian University's Department of Agriculture and Environment.

This annual award is given to an alumnus for his or her achievements and accomplishments in the community, church and agriculture field.

Stuart, who received his bachelor's degree in agricultural business from ACU in 1982, is a self-employed farmer and rancher in Rotan. He also serves on the board of the Concho Hereford Association, Texas Hereford Association and the West Central Texas Federal Land Bank.

Stuart and his wife, Glenna, who graduated from ACU in 1981, have three children: Lyndi, Hunter, and Darci. He and his family attend Rotan Church of Christ, where Stuart serves as song leader and deacon.
