ACU at CitySquare to host conflict resolution seminar

Posted October 04, 2013

All church leaders and congregants are invited to attend the inaugural one-day conflict resolution seminar Oct. 22 at CitySquare in downtown Dallas. “When Conflict Attacks Your Church: How Leaders Respond” is part one of the Equipping for Ministry conference series presented by ACU at CitySquare.

ACU’s Siburt Institute for Church Ministry is partnering with the university’s Duncum Center for Conflict Resolution, and CitySquare, to coordinate the event.

The seminar will feature Dr. Joey Cope, executive director of the Duncum Center, speaking about the understanding of conflict in churches. Dr. Royce Money, ACU chancellor and executive director of the Siburt Institute, and Dr. John Siburt, CitySquare vice president of program administration, will co-host the event.

The seminar costs $40 per person, including lunch, and runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
