English prof contributes to new Christian leadership book
Posted August 17, 2012Effective leadership is essential for the flourishing of any academic institution, and a new book co-authored by ACU's Dr. Jeanine Varner, professor of English, instructs upcoming leaders on how to excel in a Christian context. Thriving in Leadership: Strategies for Making a Difference in Christian Higher Education presents an engaging introduction to leadership approaches and strategies in Christian higher education, aiming to strengthen the leaders of today and inspire the leaders of tomorrow.
The book contains contributions from Varner and 14 other senior leaders from Christ-centered colleges and universities across North America.
