Cukrowski to speak at ElderLink conference
Posted March 19, 2012Ken Cukrowski, Associate Provost and Associate Professor of New Testament in the Graduate School of Theology, will speak at ElderLink Atlanta, March 23-24 at the North Atlanta (GA) Church of Christ. The conference seeks to "empower, connect and equip church elders in serving their congregations through prominent speakers, discussion and worship."
On the morning of March 23, Cukrowski will present at a pre-forum session, His talk, “Speaking Out About Silence," will explore how women function throughout Scripture and the implications that has on the church today. Space for his session was limited to 40 individuals, and spots filled up quickly.
Additional sessions and worship will follow Cukrowski's presentation. Other headlining speakers for ElderLink Atlanta are Randy Harris, Jimmy Adcox, Jason Bybee and Scott Sager. For more information on the event, visit here.
