COBA distinguished speakers series features prominent CEO
Posted November 01, 2011Cheryl Bachelder, CEO of AFC Enterprises, parent company of Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen, will visit ACU's campus Thursday, Nov. 3. She will speak during Dr. Rick Lytle's 9:30 a.m. class, meet with students in the College of Business Administration after the class, and give an 11:45 lecture in the Hunter Welcome Center as part of COBA's Distinguished Speakers Series.
Cheryl's career has included stints in leadership positions at True Value Hardware, Proctor & Gamble, The Gillette Company, Domino's Pizza, KFC, and ultimately Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen. She is passionate about calling workers to a higher standard, and encouraging them to do excellent work with integrity.
