Father-daughter duo visit Sinai

Posted March 30, 2011

Senior Rebekah Childers, biblical text major from Abilene, had a rare opportunity to visit Mt. Sinai this semester. She and her father, Dr. Jeff Childers, professor in the Graduate School of Theology, took a joint research trip to Egypt, touring Cairo before traveling to the holy mountain. For both of them, the trip was a perfect blend of scholarship, tourism and spending time together. Read more about the Childers' trip here.
