If you're planning to check out Iron Man 2, you can expect to see the work of Abilene Christian University alum Todd Bouldin ('90). In the new film from Paramount Pictures and Marvel Entertainment, Bouldin served as "Senate Hearing Advisor." Bouldin says he reviewed the script, advised on background casting, and consulted on the accuracy of various scenes.  He also appears briefly on camera as a featured extra.

"It's a distinct honor to work with some of Hollywood's greatest actors and directors on Iron Man 2," says Bouldin. "It was a culmination of life experiences and career opportunities, in politics and at Pepperdine, that led me to this moment, and I am very grateful."

Currently, he is serving on the production team for three film projects, including a documentary on Congress, and has acted as a featured extra on five feature films and 20 television shows.

Bouldin is an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University in Los Angeles and a Managing Partner of Renaissance Communications Group, a political consulting and communications group with operations in Nashville, Los Angeles, Washington D.C. and Austin. He received his bachelor's degree from ACU in 1990 and his Masters of Science in Biblical and Related Studies from ACU in 1991.

Did You Know? Kent Westerlage, sophomore electronic media major, has earned an internship at Bell Labs in Belgium this summer with his winning idea in a contest held exclusively for ACU students. Westerlage submitted an idea for a mobile application that will use RFID for advertising and communication on university campuses. Congratulations to Kent!
