90th annual Lectureship to focus on justice, mercy and humility

Lectureship07Christians from around the globe will gather Sept. 16-19 at Abilene Christian University for the 90th annual Lectureship. This year's theme is "Do Justice, Love Mercy, Walk Humbly: Messages from Micah."

Keynote speakers will deliver "Messages from Micah" daily at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. in Moody Coliseum. Keynote speakers will include Jerry Taylor of Abilene; Fred Asare of Accra, Ghana; Jay Hawkins of Caldwell, Idaho; Mark Hamilton of Abilene; Landon Saunders of Norwich, Vt.; Wade Hodges of Tulsa, Okla.; and Jeff Walling of Charlotte, N.C.

Along with traditional keynote speakers and a wide variety of Bible classes, Lectureship will feature special classes on the topics of "Gospel and Culture," “Art and Faith” and “Justice and Mercy.”

The Teague Special Events Center will house exhibits, serve refreshments and be a place for fellowship in between classes.
