Minister Transition is a consistent dynamic in our congregations. As a result, Interim Ministry - intentional ministry during a church's transition from the previous minister to the next minister - is an increasingly common phenomenon during such transitions. While the practice of Interim Ministry has long been established in other fellowships, Churches of Christ have become aware of its benefits only recently. Several experienced ministers have become equipped to assist churches going through minister transition and are now making themselves available to collaborate with churches during the interim period.
