ACU Hispanic Heritage banquet is Sept. 15Posted August 27, 2015
Popular motivational speaker Gabe Salazar will highlight Abilene Christian University’s Hispanic Heritage Month banquet on Sept. 15.
The banquet, hosted by ACU’s Office of Multicultural Affairs and student organization Hispanos Unidos, will begin at 7 p.m. in the Hunter Welcome Center.
Salazar has spoken for companies and venues such as “I Am Second,” Exxon Mobil, the United States Hispanic Leadership Institute, and many more. In 2011, Popular Hispanic magazine recognized him as America’s No. 1 Latino Youth Speaker.
