Architecture (AA)

The Associate of Arts degree in Architecture prepares students with essential architectural design problem-solving techniques and skills, and explores how the technical and aesthetic aspects of architectural design affect a diversity of populations in a variety of contexts. Upon completion of this degree, students wishing to pursue a career in this discipline should expect to either complete their architectural training at another university or complete a bachelor’s at ACU in a related major such as interior design, engineering physics or three-dimensional studio art. Most graduate-level architecture programs will also require some leveling work prior to acceptance.
