Superintendent Certificate
The Superintendency Certificate is an online, 15-hour, graduate-level certificate program that prepares students to sit for the TExES Superintendent Certification Exam and/or the Praxis School Leadership Series. This program is designed for individuals who already hold a master’s degree and principal certificate and wish to obtain a Superintendent Certificate.
Online Graduate Certificate in Superintendency
The Graduate Certificate in Superintendency is designed for individuals holding a master’s degree and principalship certification. The curriculum for this 15-hour program is based on the national ISLLC standards, preparing graduates to take the TExES Superintendent Certification Exam (or other state certification exams) and/or the Praxis School Leadership Series. These standards have been adopted by 35 states, TEAC, the National Policy Board for Educational Administration, NAESP, NASSP, and AASA.
The Superintendency Certificate program is offered entirely online. ACU accepts applicants to the program four times per year - in August, January, April, and June.
