Master of Education
The Master of Education program is a professional degree that prepares educators for a variety of teaching and educational leadership roles. ACU offers a Master of Education in Leadership of Learning entirely online.
Master of Education in Leadership of Learning
The M.Ed. program equips students to serve in a variety of classroom and school leadership positions such as principals, department chairs, lead teachers or supervisors, coaches, athletic directors and superintendents. Graduates will find positions in Texas, national, and international educational settings.
Abilene Christian University offers a 30-hour M.Ed. in Leadership of Learning, with three specializations: Principalship, Conflict Resolution for Educators, and Leadership in Digital Learning. Students who chose Principalship will be prepared to sit for the principalship exams based on national standards. The degree can be completed entirely online in 18 months by working professionals. The M.Ed. program has two starting points each semester – fall, spring, and summer – allowing students to enter the program six times per year.
