The Master of Education is a professional degree that prepares students for a wide range of teaching and school leadership positions. ACU offers a 39-hour M.Ed. in Leadership of Learning (Principalship) and a 36-hour M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction. Both degrees are offered entirely online.

The Master of Education is a professional degree that prepares students for a wide range of teaching and school leadership positions. ACU offers a 39-hour M.Ed. in Leadership of Learning (Principalship) and a 36-hour M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction. Both degrees are offered entirely online and can be completed in 18-24 months by working professionals.
The Master of Education equips students to serve in a variety of classroom and school leadership positions such as principals, department chairs, lead teachers or supervisors, reading specialists, special education teachers, coaches, athletic directors and superintendents. Graduates will find positions in Texas, national, and international educational settings. Students who choose to complete the M.Ed. in Leadership of Learning (Principalship) also will be prepared to sit for the principalship exam based on national standards.

ACU's M.Ed. program is offered entirely online and can be completed in 18-24 months by working professionals. The M.Ed. Program has two starting points each semester - fall, spring and summer - allowing students to enter the program six times per year.
