Churches can only be as healthy as their leaders.  This workshop will explore some dimensions of healthy church leadership for small churches.  Two experienced ministers will share strategies for leading small churches effectively. (This workshop will minister to congregations with no larger than 250 in membership.)

Older Adult Ministry Workshop

Presenters: Terry Brown, Mike Hartsell, Robert Heil, Jim Hughes, Jim Jackson, James Knapp, Joe McKissick, Mary Lou McKissick, Charlie Pruett.

Church leaders are responding to the wonderful opportunity through the increasing numbers of older adults within communities of faith.  In addition, churches may consist of five generations, each with unique needs.  Older adult ministry today is truly multigenerational. Workshop presenters share a wealthy background in experience and education in the area of designing and leading older adult ministry.
