ACU Sing Song

As a rich Abilene Christian University tradition since 1956, approximately one-third of ACU’s student body participates in Sing Song each year where a top men's social club, women's social club and mixed voices group are crowned for having the best song medley.

Sing Song 2013 - Vacation

Show dates and times are:

  • February 15 at 8 pm: $16
  • February 16 at 2 pm: $18
  • February 16 at 8 pm: $24

The 57th annual Sing Song at ACU will showcase the theme "Vacation" with students exploring ways to illustrate their vacation concepts.

Five students are serving as co-chairs including:

  • Carly Branscum, senior journalism and mass communication major from Fort
    Worth, TX
  • Keith Carroll, senior marketing major from Abilene
  • Kat Kessler, senior communication major from Missouri City, TX
  • Chase Martin, senior graphic design major Dallas, TX
  • Ana Rodriguez, junior psychology major from Plano, TX

Six hosts and hostesses will perform in between the club and class acts. They include:

  • Austin Anderson, junior biochemistry major from Flower Mound, TX
  • Abbie Boyd, junior early childhood education major from Austin, TX
  • Bree Hembree, junior vocal performance major from North Richland Hills, TX
  • Amanda Jurufe, senior theatre major from Coppell, TX
  • Jace Reinhard, senior theatre major from Greenville, IL
  • Jarrett Ward, senior vocal performance major from Houston, TX
