ACU wins 9 CASE awards in district competition

ACU's Office of University and Alumni Relations won nine awards April 4 in 2005 District IV competition for the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE).  District IV of CASE includes colleges and universities of all sizes in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and New Mexico.

  • First place in visual design/general institutional literature for "Centennial Case Statement"

  • First place in general feature writing/1,000 words or less for "Leeson Wins Pulitzer Prize"

  • Second place in magazines (one to three colors) for "ACU Today"

  • Second place in film or videotape for "The Mission" (Centennial film)

  • Second place in color photography series for "Learning the Way of the Warrior"

  • Second place in visual design/logo design for "Centennial logo"

  • Second place in print advertising projects for "The ACU Foundation"

  • Third place in print advertising projects for "Bright Future" (billboard)

  • Fourth place in development projects and special events for "ACU Centennial Campaign"

ACU has won 60 regional CASE awards in the past nine years.  CASE is the largest international association of educational institutions, representing more than 40,000 professionals in alumni relations, communications and marketing, advancement services, and development at more than 3,200 schools.
